Dealing with Alex and his team made what can often be “the stress filled process of selling your home”, mostly stress free. Two characteristics that stand out about Alex are his positivity and enthusiasm. He is easy to work with and our experience was that he worked in partnership with us through the entire process. We did not sell our home at Auction and this was a joint decision which paid off. Whilst Alex gave us his professional advice, he did not pressure us to sell on Auction day and we very much appreciated this. We sold a short time after the Auction, for a higher price. Alex works at his relationships and this was evident as the buyer was someone he has met early in the campaign. They had not been willing to commit at that early stage and Alex’s tenacity ensured the buyer remained engaged with the property for a number of weeks, leading to the sale.
