Where to start with this fine specimen of a real estate agent... We had looked at about a dozen houses in the past few months before walking into our home, and by that time i was thoroughly over talking to pushy agents, or worse, ones that didn't want to know you unless you had wads of cash to throw at them. Then we met Alex. This guy was not only knowledgeable about the house and area he was selling, he was genuinely happy to work with us and seller on getting a good price that we were both happy with. Even if that meant him driving around at 11pm without dinner to make the deal happen. When it comes to commitment to the job, he is second to none. If i am in the market to buy or sell in the future i will be tracking him down. His salesmanship and professionalism made all the difference to what can be a daunting experience.
