I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Morgan from the Ivanhoe office. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex. He came prepared with stats and similar sales in the area from our first meeting. I found him genuine, honest and realistic in managing our expectations in today's market. Alex kept me in the loop the entire campaign. William Huxley's marketing is very reasonably priced and looks just as good, if not better than the other overpriced agents. I can't recommend Alex and his team enough and will definitely be contacting him in the future.

We found that Alex had poor communication and client servicing skills especially once we had bought our property. Once our property was sold to us, Alex had extremely disappointing client service including ignoring calls and emails prior to settlement with respect to our final inspection. The handover of property was poorly undertaken with Alex not being present and allowing his receptionist to handover all keys and details. This short sided sales attitude lead us to sell our old property through a different agent in the area.

Alex Morgan was a terrific agent. He knew the area extremely well, having sold extensively in the area. He was very communicative, keeping us up to date throughout the selling process and got us a terrific price. Highly recommended.
