I chose McGrath Neutral Bay to sell my house because I believed they had a good data base of potential buyers for my house. Early in the process I was introduced to Alex Myers who became the person at McGrath with whom I had the most contact. I was immediately impressed by Alex. He seemed to me to be right on the ball, and his friendly manner made him very easy to approach. I was not disappointed by Piers Van Hamburg's claims that they would have the best data base of contacts of buyers looking for a similar property.
