Alex plays the part and steals the show. After a terrible experience with an out-of-area agent trying to sell my 1 bedroom apartment, i canvased the Lower North Shore’s agent pool. Of all, a few stood out but Alex was polite enough to compliment a bad sandwich from a shop i recommended. Aside from good ettiquette, he never promised anything he couldn't deliver.
