Alex plays the part and steals the show. After a terrible experience with an out-of-area agent trying to sell my 1 bedroom apartment, i canvased the Lower North Shore’s agent pool. Of all, a few stood out but Alex was polite enough to compliment a bad sandwich from a shop i recommended. Aside from good ettiquette, he never promised anything he couldn't deliver. He was true to his word, communicative and most importantly, he got me the best deal possible. There’s good agents in the Lower North Shore, but David Murphy Residential might have the best of them.
