I didn't know Alex before we sold our investment property, & I still haven't met him face-to-face! All our dealings were conducted over the phone. I don't live near the property, but Alex made what might have been an awkward sale from afar a headache-free & successful endeavour. I had a rough sale price in mind (based on my limited research of similar properties in the same area), but Alex knew better! He suggested a higher figure - which we used - & it sold for almost that amount. That really was a great outcome.
