Alex is a great agent who is friendly, a great communicator and works hard. He facilitated a large number of open homes for my property; loading with my tenant to find suitable times and keeping me updated every step of the way (even when I was hard to reach). Alex and his colleagues represented me when I was heavily pregnant and having a baby and if I couldn’t get to the phone they ensured to leave voicemail and send text messages to ensure I knew what was happening, with no pressure for a response.
