Alex is a great agent who is friendly, a great communicator and works hard. He facilitated a large number of open homes for my property; loading with my tenant to find suitable times and keeping me updated every step of the way (even when I was hard to reach). Alex and his colleagues represented me when I was heavily pregnant and having a baby and if I couldn’t get to the phone they ensured to leave voicemail and send text messages to ensure I knew what was happening, with no pressure for a response. Alex and his colleagues are very genuine people. I shopped around for agents before engaging them. Their commission/fee structure is great and well below other agents in the market. Honestly worth every cent with the amount of work they put in. Would definitely use Alex and his team again for property sale and or purchase in the Canberra market!
