When we decided to sell our property Alex was a first point of contact. We had a conversation to discuss what we wanted. Alex immediately put everything into place - house inspection, photos, advertising. We were updated regularly with interest shown. When a buyer took interest Alex was very accommodating and organised their inspection all the while keeping our sale goals and the buyers goals as a priority. We were always kept in the loop of all activities and goings on with our property. We felt this was going to be a tough goal to stick to because the our property was old but in a great location, market sales were down and the bank interest rates were up, but Alex came through with the perfect buyers that met our needs. The buyers inform me it’s exactly what they we’re looking for so I can assume the advertising and inspection did well. Everything flowed beautifully, we didn’t have to do anything really. Alex basically did the entire sale on his own. Alex assisted with the Lawyer who also kept our interest as a priority and did a fantastic job. The sale is a result of excellent professionalism, communication, skills and knowledge of an expert.
