The experience I had with Alex Pearson in relation to the sale of the property at Black Rock was excellent. When we first met he gave me information that was clear and practical. His continuing work during the lead up to the auction was always helpful patient and encouraging.His comments and advice were pragmatic rather than being unduly optimistic.H was always realistic. His knowledge of the market particularly in the area was first class.He was always ready to help and I was particularly impressed by his prompt reply to any query that I had.He seemed to be always available. I would recommend him.
