Alex Puglia was an excellent agent . He gave me a very expansive explanation of the market and the best way to proceed and was helpful with his recommendations of what could/ should be done to set the property up for sale . Also the options available particularly EOI and Auction. He was always very positive and cool as the pressure increased in a very static market. The end result was as even a little better than I expected given the prevailing market conditions and level of interest shown in the property. I would give Alex 5 stars
