Alex and his father Greg provided outstanding service leading to the sale of my unit. When it became apparent that there was going to be some difficulty in selling in a depressed market Alex and Greg came up with a simple strategy to target the AirB&B type investor market. The unit was vacated, given a clean up and a fresh coat of paint. It was then furnished and advertised for short term rental and re-advertised for sale. The online media was updated with photos and videos to reflect its new look. Success followed quickly thereafter. A great result from Alex and Greg.
When I first spoke to Alex Robson (from InStyle Agents) at a house opening, I immediately got the impression that he was different from Real Estate Agents that I had spoke to in the past. Alex was not just friendly, but also honest and straight forward about the process of making an offer on the house. There were no games, or silent auction tactics.
