During the whole experience Alex showed excellent communication and marketing skills in the sale of my home in Norman Park. He managed to do what a lot of other agents don't - "Listen to the Seller and what their expectations were and what they wanted as the client" The sale took a little longer but the opens and after hours inspections were consistent and always given with enthusiasm. I have no problem in recommending Alex to any prospective sellers in the higher range of exclusive homes. My only comment is that I wished Alex would wear more suitable attire on those very very hot days instead of the black suit.

Alex was such a delight to deal with, he was very responsive and kept us up to date every step of the process. He got us a sale price well above our expectations. Selling your home of 10 years can be fraught with emotions, but Alex gave us such genuine, thorough support we had no doubts about the selling process.
