We have never sold a house before and did not know what to expect. Alex explained everything to us to where we could clearly understand the process. Plus anything we needed Alex organized for us (painters, landscaping, etc). Alex's market knowledge was definitely on point. Once we were happy with a price Alex never pressured us to sell for anything less, he was always supportive of our wishes. This told me a lot about his character as a person, as he was thinking of us and not his wallet. At the end of the day, Alex loves what he does.
