Alex managed to secure a prompt sale of our property after the first Open for Inspection with diligent follow-up and negotiation with the prospective buyer. We're thankful of the quick sale and the ensuring savings in advertising expense that Alex achieved. When there was some unfortunate delay with the buyer's finance approval, there had been mis-communication in terms of the payment of the deposit which should have tighter follow-up to minimise disappointment. Fortunately finance approval did come through in the extended timeframe and the required outcome (unconditional sale) was achieved. Happy ending for all involved.
