Alex is an amazing agent. Sold our property within 2 days with multiple offers well above our expected price. Alex is hard working, friendly and knows his job well. We were able to contact him whenever we needed and was always happy to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend Alex.

Alex went above and beyond my expectations of an agent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating in dealing both my ex and I separately. In the end Alex worked hard on our behalf to achieve a higher than expected sale price. On top of being very professional, he is a positive proactive personality who’s genuine and lovely to work with. I would recommend him to anyone 100%

From beginning to end Alex made the process of selling our house an easy and relaxed process. He is approachable and friendly but at all times professional, and will definitely be recommending him to all who are looking for a real estate agent.

We had no problems at all with Alex. Not pushy, would always accept our calls and would provide regular updates following open homes and weekly updates through market reports and interest on our property. Happy to work with us and what we wanted and he never pushed his own agenda. Honest and fair. Seller of a property in Mersey Street, North Lakes.

Working with Alex was a wonderful experience. He called me on a day I didn’t want to talk about selling my property. He managed to work through my obvious defences, whereby we had a wonderful chat. It was a that point I k new I wanted that man to sell my property. Thank you Alex

We purchased our property from Alex and his team and we found them to be very supportive throughout the entire process. Alex was always happy to help and answer any questions. We are very happy to recommend Alex and will be using his services again in the future. Renee and Paul

Alex went above and beyond our expectations during the sale of our house. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he was always more than happy to accommodate our requirements. He even had great rapport with our dog, which gave us peace of mind for the showings that occurred while we were at work. He had loads of tips to help make the sale process go as smooth as possible, and we happily accepted the right offer for us after just 9 days on the market.

Alex was always communicating with us whilst our property was for sale. He was knowledgeable about the market & always coming up with ways to refresh our property until it sold! Great work Alex!

I met Alex and warmed to him instantly. Very honest and knowledgeable together with hard working couldn't ask for more than that. Answered all calls and quires and delivered on all fronts. My family and I thankyou again.

We were unsure when we went to sell our house, but Alex but our mind at ease straight away, and took care of everything. He was friendly, and took the time to speak to us whenever we needed - which was not often, as he always kept us informed with progress! Alex worked very hard for us and we appreciate his open and caring nature to get the best possible result for us. We would recommend Alex to anyone.
