Alex has the drive you need to deal with the clients, he works hard for the seller to try achieve the outcome your after whereas others just want a sale. He may talk a bit much at times but that's what you need for a favourable outcome. We didn't get the outcome we were hoping for but was through no fault on Alex's part.
