Alex went well beyond the call of duty in helping us buy the right house on Magnetic Island.

My wife and I were in a difficult situation, living in New Zealand and attempting to buy a house on Magnetic Island especially during the various lockdowns caused by COVID 19. We were in contact with Alex for about 5 months. Initially by email we considered houses, and found her advice to be invaluable. She was not just seeking a sale, but genuinely was seeking to sell us the right house for us. 3 times Alex gave us “virtual tours” via iPhone of key properties, which was most helpful. Eventually we found the right house with her assistance. Being so remote from the Island, we asked many questions about Island life, and practical things we needed to know. Alex always answered our questions, sometimes by sizeable emails that would have taken her much time to prepare. We felt that Alex genuinely had our best interests at heart.
