Thank you for all hard work during difficulty time (Christmas, end of year and rate hike) and long period. But I think can improve some points. I communicate with agent by text or email most of time. No face to face with agent and 2-3 times phone conversation during 3 moths long campaign time. I felt less communication compared to another real estate agents when I sold other property before.

Alex went above and beyond for us, making phone calls to keep us updated and travelling back and forth from the North side of Brisbane for building and pest and evaluations by the bank. The process would of been a lot more stressful without his assistance. Sometimes it felt like he was working for us.
