Well….where do I start. Many years ago I used to buy and sell houses about every two or three years and I am reluctant to say finding an agent that genuinely listened to me, was extremely knowledgeable in his field and very kind and patient was nigh on impossible. It was pretty much the Wild West back then as far as real estate went on the Gold Coast. Now I’m in my seventies and I have been in my darling wee house for over ten years and I started the hunt for just the right agent to sell it so I could downsize. After talking to Alex just a few times I found a wonderful young man with scruples, compassion and patience for my confusion….’old age’😩 and oh so kind, so did not hesitate to pick him. I am thinking of asking him to marry me😂😂🤣🤣
