Knowing we would be selling this year, we were keeping an eye on similar properties selling in our area, & Team Alex seemed to always set the Suburb record price whenever they were the Listing Agent. Leading up to listing our property I visited a few Open Homes in our area, & when Alex listed a property similar to ours in our street, I visited their Open Home. As a Seller I was extremely impressed by their set up. They certainly set themselves above the rest of the Agent Open Homes I attended. The follow up from Cody as a potential buyer of this property was amazing!. His communication was extremely professional & not pushy. I believe we made the right decision in going with Team Alex, with their market knowledge & negotiation skills securing us the best possible sold price over other Agents. Not only are Alex & Cody extremely professional but they are both genuinely really nice people who I would recommend to anyone selling a property to list with them.
