Communication is good btw vendor and agent

Through the whole purchase process, we were not only experienced ALex's professional working ethic but also his enthusiasm about his job, moreover, his credibilty thoughout the whole process. Thanks! R.

Alex is knowledgeable about the local area, friendly and efficient. He was more than happy to help when we asked to have additional inspections. He also made our purchasing process an easy one for us. High recommended.

Thanks to Alex Tay's excellent skill to help me to get my dream home

Thankyou for your help I known I haven't spoken to you much. But the feed back I have got from my sister Shelley Reid , Jarrod from Aussie and Aimee from Victoria State Wide Conveyancing. ( Has been Excellent)

A very helpful and up close experience! I feel I'm dealing with a friend not an robot. If you are looking for an agent to help, you need not look anywhere. I would recommend Alex Tay!

Getting good service is so rare these days but with Alex at Barry Plant Bayswater that's exactly what you get! I will be recommending him to everyone :)
