Alex was very helpful, keeping us informed at all stages of the sale process. He always called when he said he would and his feedback was constructive and encouraging. When he mother was ill and he had to travel overseas, he called before he left to advise his situation. We would have understood if he had left that to someone else in the Coronis office.
