Alex is an amazing real estate agent. He went over and above to market our property and come online auction day, had the right bidders in the room. Albeit online room. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent communication and answered calls 99% of the time, the other 1% he was on a call with another client and called back 5 mins later. Highly recommend his services, Carl was good too. We disagreed on the reserve, but followed his instructions, we were right in the end and the property sold for $236k over our reserve. Knows his stuff and the area like the back of his hand. 1.5% commission was the best around. No fuss, just go with Fitch Partners. Excellent work guys, thankyou.
