We were introduced and recommended to Alex by our son. We had requested another agent to give us a market appraisal and over four weeks after our request to do so, we had not received any form of response. Alex was upfront about our prospects in the market relative to the property we wanted to sell and opened it for inspection every week end. We never had to call him during the entire period of the listing. He called us faithfully at least one per week. Our property was one of three apartments in the complex.
