Alex and his team were always very professional in his dealings with us, the (potential) buyers and our solicitor. When he had concerns about something, Alex was upfront with these and we worked through them step by step, with Alex finding a way to work with positions about which we felt strongly. He was excellent at following things up and despite my husband and I often being only able to respond late at night due to work commitments, he was always very responsive himself even during evenings and weekends.
