We had an absolutely exceptional experience dealing with Alex Wright. From start to finish, he was professional, polite, personable and incredibly easy to talk to. What we appreciated most was that Alex never came across as salesy or pushy. He was professional while also being realistic and genuine, it honestly felt more like dealing with a friend than a salesperson. Alex took the time to explain anything we needed clarification on, was always on time for every walk-through and went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed throughout the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He made the entire experience easy and comfortable, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to deal with.
