As the market was beginning to stall Alex worked tirelessly to secure our sale- even bringing the paperwork to us at 9.30pm for final signatures, so that the sale was locked in. That level of commitment is not often seen these days. He always kept us informed of progress and interest, was easy to talk to and not too pushy.
