I didn't have all that much to do with Alexander, and only met him maybe 2 times briefly. However, he presented very well, was knowledgable with questions I asked regarding to the building, and regarding sale questions represented Belle Property very well. There was no negotiating in our sale, however we purchased the apartment using buyers agents before it went to market, with Alexander's assistance.

Alexander redemonstrated his strengths during my second experience of buying a property through him. He was clear and informative. His reflections of the market, and positive opportunities of this purchase were balanced and sensitive to both the seller and buyer. I found his communication was always friendly and professional, with a personal edge and cheeky moments. It’s unusual to find a realestate agent with empathy, who can balance the needs of buyer and seller, but Alexander has that.
