I came across Alex in Point Cook whilst at an open home inspection and although I didn't end up pursuing that particular property, Alex very quickly caught on to the type of property I was looking for without being pushy (like so many other RE agents). Alex informed me in total of 4 properties (I obtained the 4th) with each one more attractive than the previous. I was also informed of the character and any new developments coming up in the various sub areas of the suburb which I appreciated.
