Alex was an exceptional Real Estate agent from start to finish! He was genuine, accommodating and solutions-oriented, including going above and beyond at the Open Homes! We purchased our house within 5 days of viewing it - thanks to Alex. Relocating from a big house in the suburbs to Paddington is a daunting experience. Alex’s communication was honest and he showcased the features of the Terrace House we were purchasing that best met our needs in moving from a House to a Terrace.

Representing clients is never easy and let's be clear Alex was not representing us, he was the agent for the seller. Inevitably, this means you're going to have some robust discussions about contract terms and ultimately price (of which, we certainly did). The performance of Ben, Alex and the agency was always professional and they were always on hand to accept calls and view the property as needed. They did an exemplary job in providing details of the listing in all mediums from the website, photos and videos. We weren't the preferred buyer throughout the initial process and as a consequence had issues with contract acceptance during the first few weeks post auction. I understand that property is fast paced and you can't concentrate on every registered bidder. However, If there is any constructive criticism to be provided from this sale; it is that every serious buyer needs to be seriously considered, not just the preferred sellers. Oh and don't try to sell a place without an OC! Jokes aside, we almost didn't purchase this property and with the help of Alex, we did eventually mobilise and navigate through from negotiation to purchase.
