Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Alexander Overs. Four things that stood out for me in my dealing with Alexander were: He was reliable - he did what he said he was going to do and he was consistent throughout the whole campaign. Alexander displayed competence throughout the sales process, his industry knowledge, experience, passion and motivation was never in doubt. His honesty was appreciated, this help manage my expectations and his empathy i.e to be able to relate to what I was going through made me feel I was listened too. To top it off he had a good sense of humour, which should never be underestimated.

Alex did an unbelievably great job of marketing and selling our Clovelly home. From the start he was upfront about what it would take to get the best price for our place and he and his team organised everything. When our tenant left stuff behind he personally came and moved it out and stored at his office. Alex and his team were in communication every day and seemed to really care about every aspect of our sale. When the COVID-19 crisis happened (lock-down and cancelled auction right in the middle of our campaign), he continued to take private appointments. We ended up selling our place right when the world seemed to be crashing. Alex did an amazing job of moving things along quickly and getting the sale done. We have bought and sold numerous properties with different agents and we can honestly say that Alex went over and above what we expected, he is super enthusiastic and dedicated and has excellent negotiation and closing skills. We would 100% use Alex again.
