Great experience, end to end

Alexander has great negotiation skills, superior local knowledge and a stellar set of contacts. At every step of the way to a really successful sale, Alex kept me right in the loop - he is a superior communicator. Another key to his success is the formidable team who handled every little detail of preparing and presenting my home. I recommend them all.

Our only complaint with Alex was that we fell a long way short on the price he had advised was achievable - $3.05m vs a guidance of $3.3-3.6m. It became clear from the outset of the campaign that the expectation was set too high, and ultimately led to us having to make a very time pressured decision on the only reasonable offer we got on the table. Aside from that issue - Alex is an extremely hard-working professional, and made a big commitment to keep us informed and to be available to us. i was impressed that he remained our point of contact throughout rather than delegating to one of his team. His personal brand and the agency are very strong and well-regarded in our neighbourhood, bringing a lot of credibility and scale of potential buyers. While we didn't get the price we were told to expect, I'm confident Alex got enough people through and got the best price we could from the market at that point.
