Alex was available from the first moment I contacted him. He was persistent in following up on getting the commission following our first contact, though it wasn't that close a call ultimately as his knowledge, attitude, reputation and communication style were outstanding. Once we signed up, we worked closely with Pru from his team who was simply incredible. She took charge of doing the cleanup and preparation of the house for sale in such a way that we had to do literally nothing other than pay the bills. Early on she asked us to trust her, which we did, and we feel very grateful for that decision as she showed passion and real commitment to excellence in transforming the house into prime condition for sale. She is a star. When it came time to show, Alex's team were great - following up after each showing so we had a good feel for interest levels and challenges alike. Ultimately the sale was achieved by some excellent work by Alex and team on the phones and we were thrilled with the result.
