From the start Alex was approachable, friendly and helpful. He was responsive by phone and messages, and always followed through on things he said he would do. This is in contrast to other agents who we had to ring repeatedly just to find out small details, or ask repeatedly for contracts etc. We found Alex to be very upfront with information. He was a true pleasure to deal with.
