Alex never really listened to what we wanted as a seller, he was far more interested in pissing in my pocket to tell me how great he was or should i say thought he thought he was. He lacks attention to detail and is more interested in the sale instead of the details from a sellers end. Instructed him of our minimum price for an off market sale and come back numerous times well below, suggested we wanted to go to auction so put a proposal forward, instead we get more pissing in pocket. I will give credit where it is deserved, he sold for over $20k of my offer prices, just took a lot of BS on the way.

My 2 acre property was not any easy sell - even though it was considered prime location within Redland City. It had approximately 6 different mapping overlays - which scared a lot of potential buyers off. Particularly the interstate market who could not view the property. The flood zone was exaggerated and a shock to myself let alone potential buyers. It was also inaccurate. My property also included a Council business permit which could operate on the front acre. Alex took the time to listen and understand the complex situation he was presented with to sell my property. We had a steady stream of potential buyers at each open home. They either liked or not liked my property immediately - which I could understand. Alex worked through each open home with ease and relayed feedback after each inspection. Impeccable doesn’t cut it, this agent is one of a kind. He effectively sold my home before it hit the market and encouraged incredible offers. I trusted his guidance and effectively got an unbelievable price, beyond my expectation. He underpromised and over delivered! Had this agent looked after a friend’s property sale at the same time (different agency) I don’t doubt they would have received offers higher then their sale price. Some agents charge less, however this is a case of you pay for what you get and effectively I got an offer that left me feeling I wasn’t out of pocket at all for selling.
