Alexander Waters

I engaged Alex because of his marketing skills using social media. Once he had me signed up, he sold the property to a lovely family, but due to bank pre approval changes, their finance fell through. Alex arranged finance through his channels, which leaded to a very extended settlement. As I was not in the area, I was unable to check on the property, so Alex agreed to keep an eye on it. Their agency managed to leave air conditioning and retic systems running, which cost me over $1000 - not happy for what was an empty house. Final inspection - lawns need mowing - Alex's agency organises and I get a invoice for $1560. His agency authorises a gardener to "clean up" the property, so they pruned scrubs, trees, redid garden beds, removed mulched leaves and mowed the lawn. All he could say was "Sorry bout that!" Then his agency sends their fees to the settlement agent with agreed 3.75% + GST and then tried to charge me GST on the total of that again. It then took me another 7 weeks to have the unused marketing funds returned from the trust account. His agency has a distinct lack of care or responsibility.

Did not give me quote for painting or cleanupand gave other firm an incorrect email address for the invoice.

This was an honest experience that I felt was seamless and sincere. No nonsense service delivered with the exact outcome that was promised and in RE it's not that often that integrity and actions go hand on hand 10/10 Alex!!

I found the feedback prompt, and no false promises were given. Everything went really well.

We were very impressed with Alexander's professionalism and enthusiasm during the lead up to our auction. He embraced new technologies and seemed to be highly organised. We were absentee vendors and Alexander generously took care of many details that went above and beyond what you would normally expect. I would not hesitate to use Alexander again.
