Alex was beyond kind, honest and trustworthy from our first initial phone call when I enquired on the property. With our difficult experience in selling and attempting to buy over the last few months, this was a breath of fresh air to meet a genuine person and Alex immediately restored our faith in Real Estate agents. I was transparent with our budget and she reciprocated that honesty with me. Alex was prompt in catering our needs for an immediate inspection and was patient whilst we went through one by one due to restrictions. Any questions we had, Alex was able to answer and we felt comfortable in the information she was telling us. Unlike other agents, Alex stepped back during the contract stage and allowed the conveyancers to arrange the legal side of things, which was nice to not be pushed or persuaded by an Agent like we had been in the past. My only regret was not having meet Alex sooner to have listed our property with her, as no doubt she would have been a great person to have on our team when selling! No words can speak highly enough of Alex and our experience with Belle. On a side note, during our search process, we had multiple engagements with Beau & Sam who were equally as genuine. No harsh sales, no pushiness, full transparency. Beau even took the time to have multiple long phone calls with me to really determine what were after, unlike other agents who had no time for us. We considered selling our home a couple of times in the past but dismissed the idea. After receiving a call from Lucas at belle we decided the time was right as we wanted to move into a retirement village. Then we met Alexandra. She has been just wonderful. She gave us some ideas to make our house a little more sellable, little things that made a difference. Alexandra is so friendly but at the same time very professional. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, she kept in touch and called in to prepare our open home. She even made time to take me shopping to get a couple of things for the house. Alex suggested I make biscuits to serve at our open home, which I did. Talking to my granddaughter, I discovered Alex had sold a house for her. She had nothing but praise for Alex. Our first open home was a great success. Alex rang me after and then again at night to keep us up to date with the offers we received. We actually sold from the open house and we definitely exceeded our expectations. At the moment we are very busy packing to move but we will see Alex again and we really look forward to it.
