Alex was beyond kind, honest and trustworthy from our first initial phone call when I enquired on the property. With our difficult experience in selling and attempting to buy over the last few months, this was a breath of fresh air to meet a genuine person and Alex immediately restored our faith in Real Estate agents. I was transparent with our budget and she reciprocated that honesty with me. Alex was prompt in catering our needs for an immediate inspection and was patient whilst we went through one by one due to restrictions. Any questions we had, Alex was able to answer and we felt comfortable in the information she was telling us. Unlike other agents, Alex stepped back during the contract stage and allowed the conveyancers to arrange the legal side of things, which was nice to not be pushed or persuaded by an Agent like we had been in the past.
