After our meeting, where Alex explained how she would advertise my home, open home proceedings, costs involved etc I signed up without hesitation. That was on Wednesday 29/1/25. She called in on Friday and we changed few things in my lounge room, then suggested moving few pot plants at my entrance. Before long the shoes were off and she was scrubbing tiles and washing my front door. Talk about going "above and beyond" she really is a hands on person simply amazing.Open home Saturday 1/2/25. There were several offers over the next few days and I accepted an offer, which I was very pleased with on Wednesday 5/2/25. One week after 1st add went on the internet and 5days after open home. Alex is a very hard worker and so experienced in what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting assistance in selling or buying a home.
