In Covid times purchasers utilise the internet to look at properties. In keeping with the new normal all Covid safe protocols were followed by Ally in a way that did not distract. Ally organised inspections for the properties that l wished to see and was happy to organise a second inspection for the following day. The provision of requested contracts was timely as was the various requirements involved in the property purchase. I was delighted to have found my new home. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful girls made my property search and purchase easy and pleasurable. Knowledgeable about the area, went out of their way to show me thru the house on FaceTime seeing I was in lockdown in Melbourne.

Extons were managing our investment property and when we decided to sell we selected Ally and glad we did. We were remote owners and it all went smoothly and efficiently and she quickly achieved a price close to our our asking price. Ally's communication was prompt and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and Extons Real Estate agency.

Due to other work engagements, we didn't initially deal with Ally. She was otherwise engaged and we met Stephenie at the premises and we dealt with her in the initial stages. Due to circumstances, it was difficult to get further information on the property because we were in Melbourne and not able to discuss directly with Step or Ally. Travelling to Mulwala, particularly in COVID restrictions was not a possibility. However, Ally did try and obtain information we were requesting. The one aspect I would like to raise is the frustration I had that when I rang Ally (or Steph) and it always went to message bank. I understand that people are in meetings or other commitments but it was a constant frustration for me. Other than that, they were professional in their approach and kept us informed of the process. Ally returned my calls on most occasions. The banking details which Ally conveyed to us worked very well.
