We have recently sold the second of our two duplexes through Alexandra at McGraths. As I said from the earlier review we tried to sell both our duplexes on one title back in 2019 with another agent and it was a disaster from beginning to end. We sort out Alex to give us some guidance as to what we should do next and she said straight away, subdivide and sell separately. We spent well over a year getting the subdivision approved and in that time we had penciled in three or four potential auction dates with Alex only to find more red tape that made those dates impossible. We wasted quite a bit of Alex's time, but she never gave up on us and continued to encourage us to push on and get through it. Eventually we received the subdivision approval and Alex and her team from Mcgrath's kicked into action. Alex sold both our properties within a month with a very satisfying result for both. The second duplex sold prior to auction to a buyer that Alex and ourselves had taken a real liking too. Alex trod that fine line that both the buyer and ourselves walked away both winning. So in conclusion if you are looking at selling your home and want an agent that is extremely knowledgeable, easy to deal with and will get the best results, save yourself a lot of headaches and ring Alex. Alexandra is a fantastic agent who I would recommend to anyone. She helped us out on a contract issue we uncovered on a public holiday Friday the day before the auction. We didn’t expect a response as it was a public holiday and so close to the auction but she called us immediately and had the issue sorted within 15mins.
