Living in Lusaka, Zambia my husband and I were a bit concerned about how we were going to manage a sale of property in Newtown, Sydney, Australia. With lack of power and water where we live, the thought was, it would be a nightmare. The criteria which we insisted upon when meeting Alexandra was "good communication". Tolerance is something which you have to acquire when living here and so it was rather wonderful just reading reports of nos who had attended openings and Alexandra having wonderful support staff. There was no way we could have interfered as at times we had huge daily power cuts.
