Alex took note of the fact I had little ability to communicate due to the fall out from the bushfires, the only agent to understand that mobiles are not ubiquitous. Experience probably helped by the fact we both liked the house but that is an important thing. Very professional and helpful enabling me to have several visits at short notice. Also not pushy which is lovely/
