What a pleasure it was, working with Alex!

When we first asked Alex to review our investmeant property with thoughts of selling, we really weren't sure about how it would be accepted by the market. Alex immediately gave us confidence that not only was our property marketable, but that it could be sold reasonably quickly & for a good price. She was absolutely right & she had potential buyers right away with a sale that we were happy with, shortly after!
