Right from the start of our association with Alex at an opening of this apartment, my daughter and I felt comfortable. She was very helpful and did not hesitate in answering our questions and was very patient and understanding of our predicament. On the day of the auction Alex helped my wife Katharine very much. She offered guidance amongst the hum drum of the auction which was comforting, and since the sale nothing has been too much trouble for her to assist us, with a few follow up queries, even to the extent of offering to open it, before settlement, so that my other daughter can see it, for the first time, while visiting Melbourne.
