From the first meeting with Michelle and Alexia their enthusiasm for selling the property was amazing which is why we chose them over others. Alexia recommended a change in price due to a slow interest at the start, and this proved to be the best thing (even though we were unsure) as we sold the property 2 weeks later and a price higher than the change and almost at the original price due to her fantastic negotiation skills. All together property was only on the market for 6 weeks. Alexia was communicating with us on a very regular basis, knew exactly what we were hoping for, and we also followed her suggestions as she knew the market and how to find the buyer.
