We had contacted a few other real estate firms, and overall Hayeswinckle had the best proposition, and in particular Alexia seemed very knowledgeable of the market, confident and had great attention to detail. We selected Alexia and were not disappointed. Our house was sold the first weekend of inspection with a great result. It was a very smooth transaction, Alexia was always quick to respond and communicated with us on a frequent if not daily basis.
