Alf has a quiet unassuming manner which belies his professionalism and profound competence.
At all times Alf gave us confidence that he was very au fait with the Augusta market and our somewhat unique property. He was quietly confident with the price he set and was indeed spot on. Even after we received an offer he kept the property on the market and had a couple of interested parties waiting to see what transpired.
