When first I spoke to Ali, I was not even thinking about selling my investment property and I was also very sceptical, but talking to him alleviated my negativity and decided to give it a go. I said as this is a business, if a genuine outstanding offer is presented, I am happy to consider. Ali in no time provided me with a detailed market report and when I discussed my requirements with him to sell the property, he was very positive that he can deliver it. I wanted a higher price than what I had seen for comparable properties. After signed up including the marketing package where Ali had to help to resolve some silly computer problem, he was in contact at every stage including weekends and out of hours, to ensure that we were progressing, and I am fully in the loop.
