Ali was very polite and professional, didn't try to sugarcoat or hide any of the minor cosmetic flaws with the apartment. Was more than happy to wait in the living area while we looked around and had our own inspection. Ali was very attentive and has been very responsive to our messages and questions even after working hours are over. The only criticism we had which really is nothing at fault of Ali, was we used his recommended conveyancer, who works out of a garage and wasn't very helpful in regards of my partner having a provisional partner visa (Subclass 309). In short, we would be looking for a different conveyancer in the future but would be more than happy to have Ali as our sales Agent in the event we buy another place in the future.
